Can't tell whether it's a weak strike or AU.
But I'm leaning towards AU.

Looks AU to me, I think I see slight wear on hair, cheek and some of the letters on the bell. Also the coin itself looks dull but that could be from the pictures.

These are scans, right? Scanners are very good at depicting detail but do not show luster. Either that or they're shot in sunlight, which can have the same effect sometimes.

It's a tossup. Direct lighting - basically one bulb shining on the coin - shows luster but at the cost of detail. Sunlight is more like "area lighting," with no specific pinpoint source, and shows detail better but at the cost of luster. Compromises between the two are difficult without dedicated imaging equipment. For folks using inexpensive gear to shoot coins, I usually recommend two different image sets, one for detail and one for luster, as opposed to spending hours rigging diffusion for direct light to find that compromise which gives you both.

We have a dedicated Photography forum where we teach this stuff, and you're welcome to participate.

Looks AU53 however it does appear to have either been improperly stored or was in the ground for a short period. I'm leaning towards storage issues where it may have been in a high humidity environment as it looks like it could have some remaining luster
