Ok I'm trying to imagine this, but if those marks are correct, wouldn't that be a rotated planchet error?

If it is a rim Cud, isn't it a pretty large Cud? Would that be unusual?

It's too even to be a Cud. Is the obverse struck a little misaligned like the reverse is? Doesn't really look like it. The higher area on the obverse seems to equate to the slimmest part of the reverse rim.

It appears to be an unusually long rim Cud. I've seen some that are longer than this.
Error coin writer and researcher.
