coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 01/07/2015 02:30 am The upset mill put the raised edge on the blank and turns it into a planchet. On you coin the collar reeding for the edge of the coin made a mark on the obverse of the coin. A bump probably during ejection of the coin may have created that. Report this Post to the Staff
