Does this 1860-O Seated Liberty half dollar look like an original, uncleaned coin that has toned this dark, or a cleaned coin that has toned?

I'm not questioning the seller, I'm just trying to learn to gauge toning.

I'd appreciate people's opinions and thanks for helping me learn more.

His f/b leave a lot to be desired -- at least by me.

As for toning on that coin I find it a bit unusual that both sides have that toning.
Not impossible, but unusual.
