I also found this today, I can't find an attribution for it. It has great doubling on the motto, but no doubling on liberty. Also doubling on the 7, but none on the 2. None of the DDO's listed mentioned anything about the 7.

I agree. But you might want to see if they would like to have this one submitted as it is a lot earlier in die state. They may want to take images of it?
