Note: The scratch that goes up toward the nose on Liberty's cheek on the first fourth photo down is on the holder, and that scuff on the reverse isn't quite as obvious in hand

I'll agree with 64 with a shot at 65. Unfortunately the dings under the eye probably keep it from an astronomical grade.

I think it makes 65, although the digs under the eye are distracting.

I'm giving this one a 64+ grade. It is indeed very original with few distracting marks, but the TPGs would note the hair above liberty's ear lacked definition. The reverse is well-struck for a New Orleans coin with definition in the eagle's breast feathers. Obv 64/Rev65 ... overall 64+.

I'm at MS63+ don't think this coin is anywhere near MS65 range.
