It's a doubled die! Have you matched any markers? WDDOs 001, 003, & 004 all are similar, CCW spreads. With the LED glare, it's hard for me to see the small differences in the doubling. Nice one either way!

I see a normal coin. There is a lot of die wear on obverse. There also a lot of contact on the coin.

I see no hub doubling that matches this die?

Can you get marker photos? It still looks like a DDO to me. Coop definitely trumps me, but the hit on the 9 aside, IGWT looks like Wexler's pics of 003.

The pictures could be a little clearer and with alittle more light. This could be Master Die Doubling with Die Deterioration.
