Connecticut State Quarter Double Die?

I Always look at my change if it looks funny I put it in one jar and the rest go in another one. I Decided it was time to take a closer look at them. This one was at the bottom so it's been in there a few years. Anyways what initially caught my eye was the branches looked funny. Looking at it closer I noticed doubling almost everywhere on the reverse side. I tried to take the best picture I could at different angles to make sure it wasn't shadowing or a glare. I also looked it up and couldn't find any reference to this quarter. Hope the pictures are ok and any opinions will be greatly appreciated

I'm no expert when it comes to this but I'm going out on a limb and will say it may be Machine Doubling. Wait for someone who knows better to chime in though.

That is machine damage on your quarter. Flat shelf like, reducing the overall size of the devices. Dies were normal but movement during the strike damaged the devices.
