What Has Happened To This 1921 Penny ?

zookeeperz Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 694 Posts	Posted 01/16/2015 11:30 am Hi guys Can you give me your opinions on this 1921 penny. I think this has been struck on an old coin. There are letters and numbers everywhere. Just a shame that I cannot make any sense of them. The O in ONE has small letters inside with a stop at the end O of COM has an E under and the U in AUS has an N under. Its pretty much the same both sides. Any Ideas? And I cant see the KG in the other photo of the full reverse. Determing a fake is not my territory it was just my opinion based on first look and Nevols comment. edit I just noticed that the pic is for sure not of this coin and was there by mistake.
