Looks like a normal coin from what I can see. I have found one wavy step on this year. It was in a mint set.

Note the distortion points on my coin. They usually follow the edge on the bottoms of the columns. On side or the other. Most are on the left side, but some are on the right side of the columns.

Not wavy steps but what looks like steps on the base of the statue base.

Looks like the die was polished and these are the scratches that haven't faded yet. Note above they EPU and in the 1st bay you can see how the lines flow even outside the Memorial. Die scratches that are in open fields flatten first. The ones next to and inside devices remain a lot longer. I feel that is what you are seeing.
