Bay 4 and 9-are these clashes fairly common? Although this is the same year and mint of the strong obv and rev clash I found few days ago...thanks

I was just looking at those date coins earlier. Those are the markers for a DDR, I think. Let me look

Woops nevermind. Those are the die markers for the 1998 001. Which I was looking at also sorry. But according to coppercoins. On the 98, it is a die clash.
