I am very new to collecting and in desperate need of help with a Morgan dollar that I have not been able to get any information on. So here I am unknowing and looking for help.Anyone out there.

Of course it is a 1921 d . Here is a pic .. its the denticles that are most mysterious. I know its a late stage VAM 1 g ...but more going on than just that..

I don't know why the denticles look different, some square-bottom and some less square

I was more confused by the way that longer denticles seem to come out of the spaces and extend longer than the denticles that are supposed to be there

if you look in the second picture look at the denticles at the S and follow them up to the B you see how they just come out of nowhere and overtake the other ones
