Awesome, thanks for sharing. Half Cents are like the red headed step children of 19th century coins but we copper collectors love them.

Yep, Half Cents interest me. I've got a full set of Classic Head and Braided Hair business strike Half Cents. But only one of the Draped Bust ones; an 1806 for my type set. Nice set. Now you've got me interested.

Love it! The Capital Plastic holders really showcase a set.
Face value = less than a nickel ... Collector appreciation value = beyond measure!

I'm pretty fond of Half Cents myself, haven't gotten up the courage to shell out the money for one yet though!

I'm in love with them Half Cents too....And what a great way to display them! I only own 3 (in my 7070), but very proud indeed. My little angel of the group: 1826 C-1

I'm a Half Cent fan myself, and Bill's and Nickel Guy's photos brought a smile to my face. I collect slabbed coins, but I have to admit that the Capital holders really display a collection nicely! Oh, and just to add to the parade, here is my newest little sister, and one of my very favorites:

lovely display! Always have enjoyed the Capital Plastics holders, they make a very nice protective way to display a set of coins. One of the first I remember was the Carson City Morgan set in the shape of Nevada. I have a lot of the 2x2 2¢ holders in black and white, I think I have a few 1/2 cent holders in red.

If memory serves, the plastic holder was custom made in about 1980 by a fellow somewhere in Texas, who was then advertising in Coin World. He only asked the Titles and Specs, and about $10. Bill P.S. - The holder does not bear a company name.
