if that is raised above the surface, either a large die crack or a gouge/scratch in the die. Cool find

I would hang on to it and place it with my other mint errors or mistakes.

You also may want to back off a little in your pictures. Being in focus would be nice.

If the line was not raised, that would most likely indicate debris on the die when it was stuck. I think that would have also affected the other design features, namely the letters.

Or a stain on the coin. It doesn't appear raised like a die crack would look like.

I think it's a die scratch; caused at the Mint.
