thedollarman Pillar of the Community Canada 4911 Posts	Posted 01/25/2015 2:39 pm well, I went to the heritage antique show at Cloverdale mall today and was feeling very lucky, I spent a little time going through some stuff but was losing hope in finding anything good but then I looked at the table and saw something i'd passed by many times before, a 1974 specimen dollar in the original blue case. I said to my self "how could I not check this earlier?" so I pulled out my trusty loop and voilÃ a double yolk, I thought it was worth maybe $200 max not knowing what variety it was. I asked the dealer how much he wanted and he replied with $4.00, I gave him a five and went on my way. when I got home I checked my 2013 Charlton and had a heart attack, it turns out my coin is a Type 1(VCR-1). anyone know what the rarity of this coin is both on its own or in the original case?
