Obviously, better images would help but based on the available information I'm guessing it's EF-ish.

Looks VF+ and cleaned from those photos. Can't say with any certainty.

I'm sorry, but I have a very hard time believing that. This is a coin whose hard circulation is obvious even in small images, and 1896-O in MS64 is a $30,000 coin.

Aren't eagles supposed to have breast feathers?

I'm gonna have to call bull on the MS64 thing. It has NO breast feathers! No way that's a 64, and I agree that it's a VF coin.

If THAT coin graded PCGS64 I'll take the polar bear plunge into Lake Michigan if THE OP will break the ice! The ONLY high grade 96-O I've seen on these boards in the last year was a pic of one posted a few months ago that I think has a shot at 63. As far as I know, it hasn't been submitted for TPG (yet). The coin posted in this thread is no better than vf/xf.

I'm hoping it was supposed to be posted in another thread.

VF-30 or so possibly a touch lower. There are weak strike MS coins that have no breast feathers but, for this coin, we see heavy wear on Liberty's cheek and around the eye which is characteristic of a VF coin
