Here in the U.S., it's $25 a coin, plus a $10 handling charge (for the entire batch), plus the shipping, I try to send 40-50 in a batch so net it comes out to around $27 a coin for me... I think the shipping is a good bit higher for you guys up North, so not sure how much the net would be for you, but here's how I would look at it for you, if the coin would be a shoo-in 64-65 brown, but only qualify for a 62-63 with the Canadian TPGs, it would be seriously worth looking into sending a batch...

The obverse on that coin you posted looks like a sure 64, remember that they factor in eye appeal, so make sure you factor that in... Very nice coin, what is the date?

ty Jd for the TPG info, yes it makes sense to up the grade where possible.

It's a 1919, I bought it at a LCS in the junk bin for 6 bucks lol. In a 2x2 marked AU, the plastic was all scratched up making it look not so good lol.

Interesting point to ponder.

Some Canadian Colonial tokens were struck over a host coin.
The host coin was well circulated...hence brown. The restrike
is pristine. All the stay dings were on the original host coin.
The restrike is 'as made' and should be graded without consideration
being give to the color and dings of the host coin. Being 'as made,'
the coin is MS.

Perhaps you could do some study and question asking with others who have had a coin of similar nature graded and which TPG they used. Sounds to me like that would be worth a slab Doug. Good luck and hope it works well for you.
