Ok we'll I think I'm catching on by here this one throws me I was going to call it Machine Doubling but then I noticed it on all sides like on yhe branch, stars, the L's and elswere.almost like longacre doubling but that doesn't make sense on this coin can someone butt it pls on what it is and value . Or point me to a variety anything really

It is machine damaged. Note on the stars how the damage reduces the size of the devices?
