It's Canadian. How big is it? It's either a 10 cent or 50 cent.

it looks like a half, this coin would be considered damaged since from what I understand most collectors of counter stamped coins want stamps with meaning and writing. I hope this isn't a no L.C.W. or I may have to cry.

Pretty sure he knows what the coins is ..

I think he is hoping to find out any information about the counter stamp.

In this case, the counterstamping does not amount to much more than PMD, unless information can be found regards the counterstamping.
Be aware however, that counterstamps are also faked.

Thanks for responding, I needed more info on the stamp, but I don't think it means much since no one recognizes it.

Counterstamps like that are very hard to identify. There are collectors for them, though they are few and far between at times.
