A coin in this condition is probably rarer than the same coin in EF. As far as a grade I'll say AG-3. The date still shows so I wouldn't grade it any lower than that. Your photos indicate to me G04 ... the strength of the legends, date, center shield and LIBERTY conspiring to improve this lovely example from the (so far AG03) consensus. No obvious evidence of surface issues based on your photos ... Lovely coin indeed.
