PCGS has a Guarantee Resubmission option, for owners to submit slabs they feel overgraded. If PCGS agrees, they'll refund the cost of the Guarantee submission plus the market value at original grade (they get the coin) or the difference in market value between grades and you get the coin back.

I do not see that one keeping its' grade. If you like this option, get your best pics of that slabbed one and give it its' own grading thread. Specify it's for a Guarantee Resubmission, and you'll get the best efforts of a lot of folks.
