I decided to open this up to other obverse figures as I'm sure there are a few examples out there that are not the queen. These people on coins, just like us, are only human. So it is no surprise that they can get sick or have other unfortunate incidents, which we can sometimes find on coins. So...post your coin which depicts what some of these images could have looked like if the portrait was done in the middle of a sneeze etc. I will start off with a slide show of the queen coming down with a cold. Looks like the queen is coming down with a case of the sniffles:  And a little sneeze:  Its really starting to drip now:  Another sneeze along with a tear, oh my:  Oh dear... looks like it was the flu after all:  Poor queen, hope she feels better soon. P.S. Thats just where the verdigris decided to form. Edited by wazzappenning

I really think Lady Liberty looked better without the goatee.  Here's another very ugly one. To top it off, the eagle is fairly ugly as well. Someone sure didn't care much for this quarter.   EDIT: Sorry these aren't Canadian, but I thought they fit well with the thread. Edited by Numisma
