I found this 1969S penny and noticed a few odd things on it for example the date looks odd and also on the top front right rim there seems to be something. Any info/input is greatly appreciated ! Thanks

Your coin appears to be damaged while in circulation. It didn't leave the mint looking like that. Sorry

The upper right looks like a mild MAD that put a Rim Fin on it that got damaged from circulation.

Common terms: MAD- mis-aligned die, MD- machine doubled, PMD- post mint damaged, PSD- post strike damaged.
