I purchased a 1973 D LMC OBW roll off of ebay... kinda funny it had 49 1973 D and one 1968 (not sure how that happens)? Anyway, the cent pictured appears to have memorial images just under LIBERTY. In looking at the overlays they don't seem to be positioned correctly. There is no apparent die rotation on this coin. There is also a peculiar incuse mark between the date and Lincoln. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks, Louis

Yes it is a very minor die clash kinda common in 73.

It does appear to be a rotated die on the clash. The marks under the LIBERTY should be vertical, but on your coin they are rotated CCW (or CW on the obverse which is probably the case) making the bay under the "RTY".
