I've posted this dime once before with pictures not so clear. Hoping these are better. I think what I am seeing is another coin stamp. Looks kind of like a penny. I'm no pro so I cant say. All thoughts are appreciated.

Looks like you coin had a cent at one time glued to it and the red residue is from the cent. Not stamped into the coin, just surface glue.
