We need clearer pictures, but so far it only looks like the coin have been scratched.

I think they are pointing out the crease on the left side that follows the rim. Idk what causes that exactly I think it's die wear so no premium. But we will see when the experts chime in

I think its a MD,the LIB looks much smaller and thinner then Normal. Doubled Die Cents do not get smaller and thinner if anything Lib etc lettering would look thicker. Mach Doubling.

Few others here will give confirmation on this if its a MD,believe me I hope I am wrong a 2015 D OBV or REV Doubled Die would be great. I do not think it is anything more then a MD. I would keep this coin, its a nice example of a MD.

I've noticed a common error on the 2015 penny. I don't know about this one posted, but on the 2015 D, the shield with its 3 points, on the upper left portion of the shield, a 3rd of the way to where it crests up and makes the center point, there is a dent that occurs. Maybe a die crack. It is noticeable since it is new and shiny.
The bank gave me new box of 2015. Currently opening all the rolls. Rather have gotten the old grimy rolls. Thank you

.. another discrepancy on the 2015 D, is the where the hair recedes on the Lincoln. It may also be common, but continually looking at the similar coins; there forms a rectangular area where the hair recedes. It does not have a pattern of a combed hair, rather a checkered pattern through the magnifying glass.

I see what looks like separation lines on the left uprights of each of the letters. The photo needs to be focused better! What I am seeing could just be light reflection.

Looks like Machine Damage to me, Extra movement at the time of the strike. Better pics if you tone down your light some.

Until we have better images, it is just a guess. I won't make a guess. I want to know before I give my answer.
