Looks like AU-55 detail, with very unnatural surfaces. Harshly cleaned, whizzed, dipped, plated, maybe all of the above?
Might even be a fake but if so the details look pretty accurate. Don't know what happened to AME in AMERICA and the small round dent by Liberty's neck is one more small problem.
I'd sell this one for whatever I could get and look for an original replacement.

I was afraid the consensus might be the case, just hoping the variety ( DDO) makes it worth keeping around.

I'm not prepared to draw conclusions about the surfaces from these images. Details are AU, and if this is WB-102 (sure looks like a DDO) the grade is irrelevant. It's so rare we actually need to find more of them to create a viable market.

Fairly sure it is WB-102, noting that the weak AMER is mentioned in the description I read about 1858 varieties. Maybe one of the seated half experts will chime in? Thanks
