I found this today.. Would it be worth anything over face? It has a center fold but fairly good condition with a low serial number.

Thanks for your opinion.

I would think it has some premium value. That's a pretty low number. Keeper!

Keep! I would keep anything with a serial under 1000.

A three-digit serial, especially a round number like 700? Definitely a keeper.

Anything under 1000 is considered low and will receive a premium... unfortunately it has a fold... but put it in a bill holder and place it in a pretty heavy book and don't touch it for 10 yrs..

The thing is with collecting notes... especially with serial numbers is that "trend" could go in and out of style at any point in time.. So if you collect and enjoy notes.. I say keep it... if you don't... try and sell it now. take the premium you may get for it as it's a "low serial number" and pick up something you'd like more.

Here's what I think. If we use papeldog's 500 rule, it probably applies also to irregular numbers, such as 0000397. The note in question has two zeros at the end. On ebay someone, I'm sure, will pay a premium on something like this.

Maybe but it wont cover the fees! This stuff is like funny coin varieties awesome to get one at face but no one wants to step up to the plate and pay money.
