That said, there are varieties that you can look for either the 1969D or 1969S. Visit Coppercoins and use their look up database to find varieties to search for. For 1969D, the FG initials to the right of the Memorial are sometimes missing. These coins can also bring a small premium. There are tons of things to look for and spending time here reading will move you along the learning curve quicker. Don't forget to use the Search tool and look up terms in the Glossary here at CCF.
