Some of the devices don't look normal: inside of the shafts of 2 in the date, "N" in "IN", "R" in Trust, "S" in TRUST. Some of the other devices look thicker than normal as well.. any thoughts?

Thanks, one more thing does anyone know if the right side of the "N" in IN is part of the master die design. I don't have a specimen, in this good of condition for this year. None of them have it. I know the "W" is part of it.

I checked the CONECA e-disk and only one DDO for that mint that year. Coppercoins have none listed. Wexler non for that mint.

I check a couple examples of 1929s and they both had the mark on the "N". The WE and the mark on the "D" are part of a master die issue for many Wheat cent years.

I need to find my BU coin from that year and add images of the "N" to my educational files.

Normal looking coin then Coop. Thank you for going all the way up to Coneca. Seems like I always find the difficult ones. Looking too hard I suppose.

Just for future reference? Coneca seems to always be the last resort; so if they don't have a listing then there is no such thing? Just curious. I've looked on that Web site and they do have listing that coppercoins and Wexlers do not.
