1978-D Struck Through Grease - Coin Community Forum

SjlundCoin Pillar of the Community United States 534 Posts	Posted 03/02/2015 7:54 pm I just wanted to confirm that this is a Struck Through Grease error. I found it while I was looking through my copper pennies, for hole fillers to my 1909-2009 penny album. I also wanted to know if there is any premium for a something like this. If a collector was into that spot on the Rev for Struck Through Grease then maybe more but not likely. Most greasers that get a good to great premium are when 50% to 100% of the cent is Struck Through Grease. Maybe if Cooper has time he will post some pics. Report this Post to the Staff
