This coin does not have a double eye, just what you see on the 8. I'm guessing since there is no listing this is MD? On the coppercoins site, I checked the 8's on all the RPMs and they almost all show that exact mark. So it must be a master die issue. In fact I just found one on coppercoins that mentions that in the marker description.
