Has anyone gotten these quarters from their banks yet? I've been going every week for the last 3/4 weeks and all the banks keep telling me they should be here next week everytime. One said they were supposed to have gotten them in September. Another said they hope to get them the 26th. But they all say these quarters will be arriving much later than scheduled. Anyoneone know what's the holdup?

I haven't heard of any hold up on the Wyoming quarter. Then again, I have yet to see one in circulation either.

I don't buy them by the roll but my credit union had them last time I was in.
Edit: I didn't read the topic title closely enough. My credit union had the Denver quarters.

I was told the same thing at Dime Savings Bank. But I did get 3 rolls today, and 2 loose ones. I asked for 4 rolls, but they only had 3 so they said to come back next week for the last roll. But yes, there was a hold up with the quarters for my bank. I'm not sure what the problem was though...

I don't usually get mine from the bank. But if you need them, I can get them for you.

Thank you for your generous offer Christine but I can wait until the banks get them. I'm just curious as to why they're taking so long for the banks to get them. My bank usually gets them a week or two late, it's just never taken this long.

It's really taking a long time to see the coins here in western Colorado.
My bank doesn't have any, and I have not seen one in circulation.

I've been seeing the D mint coins in circulation for the past week, week and a half. I picked up my individual P&D coins two weekends ago at my coin store, and I'm glad I did. They already sold out of them.

I got a few of them last week and they look so bad I'm convinced it's a conspiracy by the Bush administration. It's obviously an attempt take Dick Cheney off the list of most repulsive things to come from Wyoming.

Okay so today several banks said they'll be getting 'em this Thursday. We'll see. I'll let you all know their quality when I get them.

My second post on this thread. Still no quarters. To me, it's a mystery. It didn't take this long for any of the other Statehood Quarters to start to appear. Seems strange that none are in circulation, and the banks haven't seen them either.

I've only received two in circulation to date, both in a single transaction.
Maybe both of the Wyomingites are hoarding them.

I bought a roll off ebay several weeks ago. But that's how I have to get the Philly mint ones. But the Denver ones just came in this week.
