Possible. Although they are not taking new submissions, I would keep it safe and submit it when they are accepting more coins. (Problem with the new site they haven't been able to solve yet.)

I have never heard of losing credit if you post them coinm? If they attribute your coin and post pics I'm sure they would give you credit for the pics-they would have to-you can send in to john wexler for attributuon- 4$ per

He doesn't slab them, he just identifies the variety and adds it to his number system. (Different attributors do this and you will be noted if your coin's image makes the web site.) But there are several different sites and the numbers are not a universal number. Coppercoins uses the numbers in the orange RPM book for the numbers on there site, then after that they use there own number system.
