What are we supposed to see? From the last image it looks like something damaged the die on the fields behind the word TRUST. (The fields are the outside of the die. So if damage happens on the die, it will show on the fields on coins.

I'm not thinking feeder finger die scrapes, but this image will help you to know that damage on a die will show under the devices on a coin.

Note how the flow behind the devices? That is what I'm seeing on your coin. Damage to the field behind the devices in that area. Polishing can affect this or a die dent on that area. But it is not a premium error.

Or received a dent/gouge in that area making it fill the area behind the TRUST in the center.
Here is a die that got dented on the edge of the die, not just once, but a second time.

I received 4 2015-D cents the other day, and out of the 4 three required images for my library. This was one of them.

I see the image has NOT instead of NOW on the 1. line. I guess I'll have to fix it. It disturbs the thought of the image.
