This 1990 penny is almost in perfect condition. Obverse: YEAR- the year is 1990 but looks like the -0- has a tail of the number 2. LIBERTY- take a close look.. I see doubling and a space between I and B. EAR: take a look at the earlobe EYE: Idk... but he looks scared out of his mind! Reverse: the reverse looks normal to me other than a column double. Any value on this? Is it "THE" 1990 no S everyone goes crazy for?

Cents from Philadelphia do not have a mint mark. Why do you think its a "no S" version? and can you get a close up of ear in question?

the pictures are a little small, but I think the extra column you are seeing is in the fifth bay from the right and not doubling. check for two extra columns within the last three bays found predominately on the 1994

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA seems double strike on some areas, what do y'all think? Also take a close look at the motto.

Ok what I see.. starting with, REVERSE: starting with "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" take a close look at for either doubling or raised metal:
-ED- in UNITED
-STATES OF-
-AMERIC- in AMERICA
take a close look at the motto "E PLURIBUS UNUM" for doubling:
look at the: "E"
-P- -R- and -BUS- in PLURIBUS
-U- and -M- in UNUM
What do y'all think it is?

Here is what a 1990 proof No "S" mint mark would look like: Yours is a business strike coin.

What I see on the obverse:
-3- letters on the rim under date
a slight spacing between LIB ERTY
"IN GOD WE TRUST"
some double die/double strike/raise metal in:
-N- in -IN-
-O- and -D- in -GOD-
-E- in WE
-U- -S- and -T- in TRUST
some doubling: -L- -B- -R- -T- -Y- in LIBERTY
some lettering clash maybe?... at the right bottom corner of Lincoln's suit
and his bow tie shadowing on collar.
opinions?

Business strike are the Cents for the public to spend at face value. Your Cent is not a Doubled Die nor Error so you can do this:
Spend, choose wisely Save it to Spend at a later date Give it away it only cost you 1 Cent
By the way I think you take Goood Pics, well done
