Is there a program where you can make coin album sheets to print out with the country, year, denomination etc. to go in a ring binder folder? I am getting tired of re-writing the details when I reorganise them!

Hmmm. Not sure. Have you considered using the "tabs" that they make? I know there are programs for those and you can just print out new ones or slide them around to where you want.

But maybe I'm not understanding you completely either....

Have you tried flip inserts. You can buy singles or perforated sheets that you can load into a printer. If you are interested in the sheets you can get them at:

http://www.brent-krueger.com/flips.html (ref item # FI2LP-100)
or
http://www.jakesmp.com/CSD_Flips/CS...ts_03_M.html

and if you do a google search for a flip insert template I'm pretty sure an MSWord version will pop up.

Flip inserts and tabs would be good although it would take ages to completely change over from what I've been using. The albums that I have all have sheets which cant be adjusted like say http://www.vtrinder.co.uk/images/LI...IN_ALBUM.jpg (except with four holes and each sheet has a different size, not different sizes in one sheet)

Have you cataloged your collection with excel or some coin inventory program? You might be able to put a tag on each entry (like book 1, page 1) so you can easily search, sort and print out so you can stick in the albums.

Probably not a good suggestion but have you considered starting over again with a standard 3 ringed notebook type binder? They come in numerous sizes in width. Then you could use those standard plastic sheets that hold 20-2x2's. You could then use the smaller size flips 1-1/2x1-1/2" size for many of the coins and still have room for little notations that could be moved with the flip. Also, the notations of the flips themselves would always be there.
