I'm a wrestling coach and my hope is to take two kids from my program to the national competition held in Fredericton this year. I always like getting some sort of souvenir, usually a shirt but I also thought it would be cool to either buy/sell or trade a coin with someone out there. Anyone know of any good coin shops in the area or perhaps a dealer/collector that may be interested in selling a coin or doing a trade? Add to the thread or send me a PM Thanks! We had a great one for awhile (Coin Pocket) but they are gone. You still see them on ebay sometimes. THere is an Auction on Thursday evenings just outside of town that has coins sometimes. here is a link for tonights: http://www.auction-nb.ca/ Enjoy your visit. I live in Woodstock (about 45 minutes away) I am going to a coin show this weekend and will probably be being a lot of souvenir trade tokens. If I am down in Fredericton on one of those days I will send you a pm and see if you would like a Freddy token. I go down to Fredericton quite a bit now to see my neurologist. I will arrive in Moncton around 12:30 a.m... and from there I'm going to be driving into Fredericton. The next day... I'm going to let my guys sleep in a touch but then I will want to take the guys out for some sight seeing... So #1.. can anyone suggest any place to take my wrestlers.. I'd like to show them something of historical importance.. or at least something memorable... (these kids have never even been out of the city let alone on a plane or out of the province) #2 I'd love to either buy or trade a coin with someone there for my own collection..
