I came across this 1936 Coin. The nine in the year looks odd to me as if it were cut off and didnt make a complete loop on the "9" as on other 1936 coins.

Looks like it has a bag mark on the 9.

Note the other devices are hub doubled on the date.
Too bad, there is a great doubled die that year in that spot. But I feel this is a normal coin that had another coin damage it.
