I would assume that the "ender" of the roll is Toned/tarnished but the coins on the inside are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Question is - are you going to crack into it and piece them out in 2x2's on e-bay or re-sell it by the roll. Not sure the scotch tape is good for the coins there on the one roll, would want to remedy that. Nice pick ups there Yingyang. 1964 5 cent had the bare belly variety. Those look in really fine shape. Some people may like that roll in the wrapper, TD Bank may be collectable.

The coins are nice, congrats for the find. And I liked the rolls....for sure behind the first coin, others in better condition. The set itself....even if it "rare", so the scarce is only the package, and it scarce the same way as any other than clamshel or "cigar box" package. Btw, due to issue of the "Tribute to Nickel", bought 2015 Nickel roll in original bank wrap.

The 1964 was the last year for that effigy of QEII. With her retirement imminent and a new monarch due for the back of our coinage, old effigies in mint condition - in the roll will be no doubt sought after. You are smart to tuck them away. Silveroid, are these your first rolls besides the 50 Cent annual serial numbered rolls? I have some but just hide them in a box, why are they in my collection, Olympic 25 Cent.

Your guess correct. Usually, I not attracted by the rolls, since they are all the same.So I have couple of 2012 penny rolls, 50c rolls, and this 5c roll. You probably paid attention, that I bought the roll (spending near $3 for it) instead of just getting from the bank.

Look at the Year 2000 Report, maybe it will have everything made in 1999.

Some pretty low numbers there for mintages. Nice sleuthing there Agaupt, so the set in question that Yingyang got for $25 is one of 60,245. Nice snag.
Coin to snipe; 2000 25 Cent Celebration Quarter - 24,949
