Here is the 6877 mintage Chinese Millennium set. Yes it is those decisions that we lament the greatest, I shoulda, coulda, woulda.
In the grand scheme of things, it is a coloured quarter in a cardboard holder.
It's rarity makes it more desirable. Ever see it on a Flea Market Table, snap it up.

I have two of the Celebration quarters that I purchased at a premium. They routinely sell for over $40. If you can find one for less, buy it.  |

The Celebration quarters have always been something of a dark horse. Over the years, I've seen so many used and abused in the packaging, yet they consistently seem to sell in the $50 range.

I have one of those 99 specimen sets found it at Home Hardware of all places. The original price on them was 49.95, marked down to 24.95. I bought them to check for error coins (found none) but still a nice quality selection of coins. Have also never seen one since.
