Not the best pictures, but in that condition, I'd say maybe a $2-$4 coin, maybe better depending on the pics and how people bid. Basing this off what they currently sell for on ebay. Good deal for $1.

$2 is the floor for that date in that condition. As I said, you could potentially get a little more for it with better pictures and if you get the right bidders on the right day. 1918-P is a pretty common date with a mintage of 32 million, so you won't get just too much of a premium for it.

You would be well served to learn how to take coin photographs in a different manner ...

Honestly ... the blurry images of the coin in hand with hand in photo are very distracting.

At a minimum ... cut your fingernails. Yikes.

Lay the coin flat on a neutral surface and try again ...

Even so ... not a high valued example.

Would you pay 20 bucks for it? No, almost no on e would pay 20 bucks for it. Where ever you got that price from is SUPER inflated.

But yeah, try taking the pics on a flat surface.

Probably a couple of bucks, unless it is a variety.

I had a 1918 DDR that sold for close to $200. Would need better pics to tell if it could be a variety coin

I'm not an expert with the Buffalo nickel and the pictures aren't the best but I must be missing something.

Here is a link to numismedia.com showing the FMV

I would grade it VF-20 and the links from ebay Dith Pran put up support numismedia values. Why are most people here valuing it so low..
