Possibly, but a closer picture of the MM without the angle could help to confirm.

Are you having trouble taking straight-on shots (shadows)?

Looks like a MD,I see more MD on other Letters and the Memorial.

I shot it on an angle to make it more visible in a picture. can you not have md on a rpm coin? click on the bottom image.

You can have MD on a Die that has a RPM.

thank you silverworld for your input. by the way that 25 yr old penny does look like a serious error. thank you too,rackster. I have a lighting box, but this one is so small it shows in a picture a lot better on a tilt. click on the second picture for the best view.

It is machine damaged on building and mint mark.

I am starting to catch on to die flow, I hope I don't miss a true doubled die because I detect die flow. the mm has a nice rounded edge. I guess the building gives it away?
