A 70's replica with Italian origins!

It was swapped with 4 points finded on Carrarmato's chocolate bars by Perugina in 1972. You can see here the complete set of 12 exemplars, yours is the n. 10.

It's possible that these replica coins have starting to move from ebay's bulks or something similar.
To note that from the same set exist another US repro, the half dollar of 1861 (n.9).
