Looks like damage to me. Any opinions. I don't think planchette flaw

It looks like it might be damaged.

At first glance, I'm not even sure this is authentic. Better pics are needed.

Close-up pics are needed. That's a sharp horn though.

Also, before buying. the edge near the mintmark should be closely examined. This damage could have been inflicted by someone altering the coin. Crooks have been known to drill a hole in the edge and raise a mintmark, afterwards refilling the hole. Whenever buying one of these higher grade S-mint Buffs, it's wise to check the edge.
