I agree.. you wouldn't get a 65 from ICCS

It is unlikely that the coin will upgrade, just because it's in an OGH doesn't mean it is undergraded. Either way, it's impossible to say from those pics.

Need a better pic.

Honestly, I couldn't tell you if that coin was an ef45 or an ms67 because of the picture.

Yes , I thought the pics were poor quality need a better camera have to wait for a few weeks on that.
