You never know if the coin was tech graded, net graded or both. I much prefer to see coins graded this way (technical grade and a comment) than having an opinion grade pulled out of thin air. I've seen these types of coins go both ways. It's one of the main reasons why the two US TPGs don't numerically grade problem coins. DEVLEC Pillar of the Community Canada 3234 Posts	Posted 04/01/2015 09:49 am So many of my choice pieces showing here in the past have been shot through 2 ICCS plastic sheets. Almost impossible to get them properly showing here. To truly appreciate and see the coin(including this one),..you have to have it in hand,.. and tilt it back and forth in a bright white light.
