I assume we're talking monetary value. Mine is a gift from my wife three years ago: a 2004 tenth-ounce Proof Platinum Eagle.
(She's not a collector; I wish my purchases appreciated in value the way hers do.)

I would guess my 1907 wire edge $20 Saint Gaudens is the one coin that is worth the most on todays market

Although it is not as intended, my most valuable would be a 2006-P Silver Eagle Reverse Proof-69 (NGC). Who would think that a less than 2 year old SAE would go for $300+
