Flying Eagle cent for your grading. This coin has a weak strike on the reverse "ONE CENT" and it's one of the reason why the design was changed to Indian Head cent; but actually, it's not the design, it's the metal that caused the "weak-strike" problem. The white thing on the E of "State" on the Obverse is a piece of cotton or dust on my scanner.

I'll put up my thought for grade after some post from members first. Thanks.

Hey Bruce, I agree that the the reverse is a poor strike. I would say an F-12 with around half of the feather detail showing. Nice coin!

Thanks guys. I believe so too. Now, my next question is: should I put it up here for auction or sell it on ebay?

Auction it here, or on ebay? ebay will certainly expose it to more buyers, which is a plus. Selling it here involves less overhead, which is a plus.

If you know what you want for it, a strategy I've seen used a number of times is to see if you can get the price you want here at CCF (sell for a fixed price, or start the auction at or close the price you want). If there are no takers, then go to ebay.
