I purchased 20 uncirculated rolls of 1961 D LMC but didn't have time to search them today. I decided to do a quick check of the end coins with my loupe and found this nice RPM.

The only difference comparing to coppercoins is that I see a vertical bar inside of the mint mark on my coin... this is not in the coppercoins photo or description. All MDS markers match.

Could this be Early Die State?

It is there on the coppercoins ones:

Just not as pronounced as your coin. You coin looks like a MDS/LDS die state on your coin. Looks like the correct die number.
